Where are the biggest growth areas for women in cable?

They are the same growth areas for both genders, but women tend to be woefully underrepresented today: technology, data and mobile/digital.

 

What’s the most important aspect of mentoring?

Humility. This allows you to truly open up and share your failures, which is where most of the real learning occurs. It also makes you more approachable, allowing you to better connect with your mentee.

 

Your favorite trick for unwinding?

A good run on the treadmill. Nothing clears the cobwebs allowing for improved clarity of thought quite like struggling to catch your breath.
