What’s been the biggest story in cable this year?
I think that the biggest story in cable is the one that has not yet been written. It is the one that we, as an industry, should have authored long ago. It is the one that tells the tale of the power of storytelling – how it informs, inspires and influences.
How do you define a successful career?
I believe that you have enjoyed a successful career if you have been able to parlay any potential influence that you have earned to help others find their way; if you can honestly say that you set a high ethical standard for others to follow, and if you allowed yourself to follow your passion.
When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?
When not in the office you are most likely to find me on the sidelines cheering on one of my two children at a track and field, cross country, soccer or tennis event
