More than 20 years experience in engineering and operations have prepared Thomas for his current challenge overseeing Comcast service techs across Michigan, serving more than 1.2mln customers. Two examples of his leadership: his integration of Symbol Mobile Devices, which improved appointment consistency and diagnostics; and the rapid-response teams launch, enabling same-day and next-day installations in advance of the DTV transition deadline.
