“You will be successful in whatever line of work you chose if you are passionate about what you do.” So says McMahon, who lives out her words of wisdom at WWE, where she leads efforts to enhance its brand reputation to advertisers, media, business partners and investors. Already, WWE boasts more than 360 million fans through its global social media nets, making it one of the most followed brands in the world. McMahon is also a strong proponent of prosocial community-building, serving as the primary spokesperson for the company’s Be A STAR anti-bullying program.

How do you define a successful career?

You will be successful in whatever line of work you chose if you are passionate about what you do. Do what you love, never give up, and work hard.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

The balance will never be perfect, but the best advice I can give is to focus your attention.  If you are at work, be 100% focused on work.  If you are at home, put your phone down and be 100 percent focused on your family.
