What makes you most excited about this industry as you advance in your career?
As a professional who seeks constant growth and education, I love to work in a fast-paced, changing environment because it allows me to consistently enhance my abilities. The entertainment industry and how people consume media is ever-changing at a rapid pace, and I love taking on the challenge to create and evolve media campaigns I spearhead in this business. Not only am I excited to learn more each and every day, but I also love being able to work on movies and series that not only entertain, but also deeply affect and impact people’s lives. As I advance in my career, I look forward to learning more about the entertainment industry and challenging myself to build bigger, never-been-done-before media campaigns.
What would be your ultimate dream job?
I aspire to one day become a leader that inspires others and one who people can truly look up to and learn from. My dream job is to lead a team to develop creative and unique media campaigns that not only builds awareness, but also brings added value to consumers. I dream to hold a leadership position in the entertainment industry, and develop unique and innovative campaigns and strategies that have an impact on people and generate positive results.
Who has been your biggest mentor and why?
My biggest mentor and inspiration has always been my mother. My mother has always motivated and supported me to pursue my dreams and has given me the strength, love, support, ambition and courage to do so. She is the single most important person in my life who has not only been my mother, but also my best friend, and has been there for me during every step of my journey to becoming the woman I am today.
What three things can’t you live without?
Three things I can’t live without are my family, tea and my dog. Firstly, I wouldn’t be the person I am today without the unconditional love and support from my family. Secondly, every morning I relax and drink hot tea while checking e-mails to help start the busy day ahead. And, lastly, I am a huge animal lover and supporter of animal adoption and love my dog Lucy—who has the kindest soul and certainly knows how to put a smile on my face!
