Ceasar has been busy. In her new role, the seasoned exec is leading the strategic transformation of more than 1,000 key network facilities across the country. She has been leading the Comcast Technical Facility Strategy, and she drove Cloud DVR deployment in every region Comcast serves during the past year. Ceasar’s mentoring approach is three-phased: “Goal-setting with mentees, frequent recurring meetings to track progress/ accountability to goals and finally coaching to help navigate their company environments and build strategic relationships.”

Another DirecTV Duopoly Strikeout

Another broadcast deal received the blessing of the FCC Media Bureau over DirecTV’s objections. The Mario Peter Iacobelli Revocable Trust, which controls Heritage Broadcasting, got the green light Thursday to acquire Cadillac Telecasting’s WFQX and WFUP.
