In her role in Time Warner Cable’s Advanced Technology Group, Hawkins helps develop TWC’s digital navigator product and the hardware to support its services. Its Digital Navigator has been deployed to 10 million subscribers. “Despite the highs and lows, seeing something I helped create deployed to millions of end users,” she says. Hawkins says she is now focused on exploring how companion and consumer electronic devices can serve as “‘playgrounds’ for TWC services.”
