Bryant led a cross-functional effort to improve the budgeting system and make day-to-day operations and compliance consistent throughout the entire division, and her team centralized IT and billing system teams with minimal disruption to operations. “No matter what role I have been in, I’ve tried to make processes and experiences better for our employees and our customers, and to leave things in an improved and sustainable place,” she says.

 How do you define a successful career?

Listening, teaching, being taught, and making progress every day.  Knowing that no matter what role I have been in I’ve tried to make processes and experiences better for our employees and our customers, and to leave things in an improved and sustainable place.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Defining and prioritizing what’s important in both my personal and professional life and focusing on making as many of the high priorities happen as possible.

When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

When not in the office you will likely find me with my family at a sports field, spending time gardening, cooking, running or swimming.
