Clarke plays a key role in a wide range of strategic initiatives for Showtime, advising upperlevel management on the company’s competitive position and evaluating sales and marketing efforts. Her administration of the company’s intranet ensures smooth internal communication. Clarke is also a volunteer for the Young Women’s Leadership Network, where she has donated her time for more than a decade. She says of her mentorship philosophy, “By asking them what they want to achieve, and helping them evaluate the gap between where they are and where they aspire to be, I enable them to take ownership of their priorities and recognize their capacity to navigate the pursuit of their goals.”
