What’s your biggest professional accomplishment in the past 12 months?
One of my most recent successes was executing our internship program which engaged 28 interns in NY and LA in addressing growth opportunities. I have improved the program every year with valuable contributions from our leadership team and colleagues throughout the company, so it has become highly beneficial to the interns, a great source of creative solutions, and an annual highlight for Showtime.
How do you define success?
I define success by not just the outcome but the process. Did I learn something new? Strengthen relationships? Adapt to changing circumstances? Can I replicate or improve on my method to achieve the desired result? When the answer to such questions is “yes,” then I call that a success.
How do you define diversity?
Diversity is a multidimensional imperative for talent recruitment, development and retention in organizations that seek to innovate and thrive in our dynamic industry. It becomes a competitive advantage when our respect for our colleagues’ unique value is evident in how we work together to achieve business goals.
