Sexton’s priority for 2014-15 is replacing the ad server for mobile and display with a new industry-leading ad server, which will bring updates in functionality for the digital ad sales team. These additions to the technology stack will streamline processes and provide additional productivity and intelligence for the digital ad sales organization. In addition, she continues to lead enhancements to the organization’s Salesforce software. When she is not in the office, she can be found around the water, even in the winter. “I love having a campfire near the water. I even have a special secret recipe for s’mores,” she says.

How do you define a successful career?

I think a successful career is defined by the contribution you provide to the people around you. Not everyone will like you or always like what you do. But if you leave at the end of the journey knowing you’ve done the right things by the company, your coworkers and the people you’ve hired – that is success

When not in the office where will we find you?

In the summer, you’ll find me at the lake cruising around on my pontoon boat. Being around the water is very peaceful and relaxing. Even in the winter I love having a campfire near the water. I even have a special secret recipe for s’mores!
