Her job blends technology, marketing and business operations. She believes cable needs to continue its work in support of encouraging women, young people, and all minorities to join the industry. “Teams will be better prepared to operate and integrate into new markets and better able to create market differentiators. Diverse groups are often more creative, provide increased productivity and overcome challenges more quickly,” she says.
