She led the Fox legal challenge regarding DISH’s Hopper, and successfully represented Fox in WNET vs. Aereo, one of the most high-profile and closely watched copyright lawsuits affecting the television industry. She also oversaw the business and legal efforts to launch FOX Sports 1 and FXX, as well as securing Fox’s partnership with the Yankees for the YES Network. Along with her legal savvy at the office, Tuzon is also well-known for her ability and desire to mentor—not only her staff, but also bright young people who come from economically challenged backgrounds.
