Frazier has risen from Call Center Supervisor to VP of Customer Care at Comcast, and works to ensure his team is properly aligned with the goals and expectations of the company. One of his main roles is to create clarity, so team members know their business objectives and then can meet them. He also wants to explore social media platforms. “In our current business environment, employees look for various ways to communicate, interact and receive the information they need to be successful,” Frazier says. “I want to ensure that each member of my team has access to the information they need, how they need it – and that they understand the message the same.”
