Thanks to Jennings, the new Mountain West Regions was named top region of its division, and top region within the entire company, based on overall performance. His competitive spirit and “Elevate Our Game” mantra inspires his region’s workforce to fi nd ways to keep improving customer service and satisfaction. Jennings fosters diversity awareness, making a point of hiring diverse employees, including veterans. While he admits diversity within the industry has changed in terms of scope and importance, he says, “Competitive pressures and consumer expectations have placed a higher degree of importance on diversity and also how and where it is applied across the industry.”
