Lim may be new to Turner, but her 25 years in the media industry makes her a veteran. Today, she’s in charge of interactive strategy for Turner. She’s also active in the CTAM Advanced Cable Solutions Consortium, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Interactive Media Peer Group, and CableLabs Programmer Initiatives. “My mother is my most influential mentor,” she says. “She succeeded in a traditionally male role before it was fashionable. She still gives me advice that I try to pass on to my daughters.”
