SVP, News and Talent
NBC Sports Group

Hair leads talent recruitment, negotiations and development at NBC Sports Group and oversees news-gathering ops and strategy. To put it simply, he’s a dealmaker with a keen sense of how to close. He was upped from VP earlier this year, and since then has over- seen negotiations with talent representatives and secured some notable new hires – like former Pittsburgh Steelers Pro Bowl Wide Receiver and Super Bowl XL MVP Hines Ward. He also brought on former ESPN talent Michelle Beadle, who will appear on-air for “Access Hollywood” and the NBC Sports Group. Hair’s work in diversity extends beyond cable. He’s a member of the National Association of Black Journalists’ Sports Task- force, which locates diverse talent in the industry, and the National Black MBA Association.
