Nutsugah is responsible for developing and managing Cox’s Internet product portfolio, evolving its broadband access platform and driving execution around Cox product and service launches. His results-oriented style allows the company to innovate with speed and efficiency. On the evolution of the term “diversity,” Nutsugah notes, “I think the definition and focus is appropriately shifting to ‘diversity and inclusion,’ which acknowledges a much wider value system than the simple equation of diversity to ethnicity. Diversity and inclusion is a journey, not a destination.”
