How do you define diversity?
Diversity is the inclusion of individuals regardless of ethnicity, offering an ability to celebrate differences while representing one’s culture and heritage.
How can cable better support diversity?
Diversity in the workplace is companies and people embracing each other’s differences, ideologies and beliefs with the goal to learn and obtain knowledge. The cable industry is heading in the right direction by building a conduit that brings different skills and perspectives to the workplace and the broader communities they serve. Our employees are closer to the action and will have more real-time experiences and knowledge that help companies achieve their overall goals.
How do you define success?
Success to me is what TWC has defined as; People + Culture + Plan + Execution = Success.
