Cox spent much of 2013 focused on finding new ways to provide customers with exceptional and innovative service. Esser and Campbell helped further those goals by working to integrate Cox Home Security into its core operations, launching the new personalized video experience platform, Contour, and implementing a net promoter score system. Increasing broadband speeds and capacity and exploring new business products led to double-digit growth for Cox’s business services. Last year’s investment in Contour was just the start. Esser and Campbell already have plans to build on its momentum in 2014.
