Like so many others, Nobles wasn’t looking to get into the cable industry. “I fell into cable by accident… I needed a job!,” she recalls. But after 30 years, she has certainly made her mark. At SCTE, Nobles is responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s certification and training programs. She has also been an active SCTE member since 1984, and joined the professional development team in 2007. “What keeps me excited about our industry is the constant change, variety, and the relationships I have developed over the years,” she says.
