When confronted with a choice which involves where to put my time/effort, I try to reflect on which decision will have the most positive impact, not only on myself but also my family, friends and co-workers.
Your favorite trick for unwinding?
Now that I’m back in Colorado this may need to change as the weather becomes cold, but for now I get on my bicycle and ride as long as time and energy permits.
