Nancy Dubuc
Title: President & CEO, A+E Networks
Years in Cable: 16
Education: BA, Boston University
Best Advice in 7 Words or Less: Take risks.

Dubuc transitioned from leading Lifetime and History to leading the entire company—and  her swift rise to the top was well warranted. Since taking the lead at A+E Networks in June 2013, she has expanded the business within the U.S. and abroad while proving the company’s networks are major players in the TV Everywhere realm. After the successful relaunch of BIO as FYI, Dubuc has been looking into more original programming. A+E Studios has greenlit and produced numerous new projects, with new entities in Italy and Singapore. And last September, A+E Networks locked in the acquisition of a 10 percent stake in irreverent, online media mammoth Vice Media.
