Christopher sees customer-facing employees as key to the industry’s success. In his region he has developed a 250-member technical workforce and is a committed advocate for his customers, taking time to help them with service issues at all times of the day. He also volunteers as a member of the Advisory Council for the South Los Angeles Salvation Army Youth and Community Center, and is an active member of NAMIC, CTAM and SCTE.
