HSN veteran Wilkins’ job grows more complex every year given a climate in which more than half of all new HSN customers come to the linear net through their mobile phones. Under Wilkins’ watch, the network recently redesigned its website and launched interactive apps that make shopping on phones and tablets easier. Wilkins’ team also continues to oversee the integration of new technology into television, including HSN’s testing of QR codes on TV programs and its continued integration of Twitter feeds.
