Wilkins has overseen a lot of firsts at HSN. Under her leadership, the network became the first television retailer to use QR codes on air in 2011. In 2012, Wilkins led the charge to stream live HSN video to Facebook. Her team also began integrating Twitter feeds into live broadcasts for the first time this year, and Wilkins also revamped HSN’s studio wireless capabilities. About getting into cable, Wilkins says, “Once I saw all the various technologies involved with producing and broadcasting a live cable TV network, I was hooked.”
