TV One launching on Cablevision this year is the cherry on top!” Known for getting things done, Rice is an informed negotiator whose tenacity and integrity continue to build on the network’s distribution in a tough climate. And who knew cooking was a favorite pastime of Rice’s? “As long as there’s the promise of a good glass of wine,” she says.
