Big accomplishments this year for Ganeless include the launch of Comedy Central’s TV Everywhere app, which was downloaded more than 1 million times in its first month of availability. Next up will be making sure the net doesn’t suffer following Stephen Colbert’s move to “The Late Show” on CBS. Ganeless and team will launch “The Minority Report with Larry Wilmore” to take over the net’s coveted 11:30p.m. timeslot. Her tip for maintaining personal-professional life balance? “Have a great team to share the work with; spend the time upfront to build the relationships and trust that make it work,” she says.
