Wiggins is out ahead of the pack developing digital capabilities to deliver the Cox experience to customers. Within the last year, he implemented new methodology to distribute change impact forecasting and project delivery responsibilities across dedicated management personnel, and built a new model to capture voice of the field and ensure proliferation of information throughout the organization. This techie also retains a great old-fashioned habit: writing hand-written notes of appreciation.

Taking the time to write handwritten notes of recognition or appreciation.

Waze – it’s a lifesaver in Atlanta traffic.
