Talk about the man behind the scenes. Hewitt has worked with Comcast’s entire Central Division to standardize customers’ in-home experience and establish guidelines for the 2013 operations’ budget. To boot, this year he also gained additional responsibility for the Dispatch and Advance Trouble Shooting support groups. He continues to enhance his leadership skills by completing the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program, and he’s known for his cross-functional problem solving.
