One of cable’s nicest people, soft-spoken Cooper’s tenure with Fox Cable Networks began as the unit started on its growth path. That rise was due in no small part to Michael’s managing of marketing strategies and promotions for the group’s extensive portfolio. He’s also been a key player in shaping FCN’s ad sales strategy, determining the best integration of emerging platforms, such as Canoe and interactive TV. The former Court TV exec has long been active in promoting diversity, having chaired NAMIC’s Los Angeles chapter and now as a NAMIC board member.
