Among accomplishments at Suddenlink, Meduski led the recent effort to secure $2.7 billion of bank financing in Feb. This transaction was one of the largest and most successful in the industry since the beginning of the credit crisis. Day to day, Meduski helps set the strategic direction for Suddenlink and oversees accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury/risk management, programming, M&A, and IT functions. A former banker, she was initially drawn to the high-growth cable industry based on its need for capital and advisory services.
