This year, McLaughlin and her team rolled out X1 Entertainment OS in the region, added more Xfinity WiFi hotspots and introduced Metro Ethernet to another city. All was accomplished while reducing service calls and increasing customer satisfaction and employee engagement. “A successful career is when you enjoy what you do and get to work with amazing people at great company like Comcast,” she says.

How can cable do a better job at supporting the industry’s women?

We can support each other by actively mentoring and coaching, as well as encouraging other women to take a chance when new opportunities presents themselves.

When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

At a football or soccer field!   Both my children play multiple sports, so you will often find me at a high school sporting event cheering them on.  And, yes I am that mother who yells and screams!
