Why Her? McLaughlin likes to promote alignment and challenge employees to think out of the box, and that strategy seems to be getting big results lately: During 2012, growth rates for YOY revenue and operating cash flow was the highest among all regions in Comcast’s Northeast Division. And hers was the first area to introduce a more user-friendly EPG, along with a digital upgrade project that cleared the way to launch more HD, more VOD and faster broadband.
