The thing that most excites Johnson about the cable industry is “the world of possibilities we enable for everyone through broadband connectivity.” She joined Bright House in 2006, taking on the difficult task of evaluating and driving regulatory policy associated with the company’s technological infrastructure, service delivery and long-term strategy. She used to think that career was defined by corporate title. Once she learned the career jungle gym is better than the career ladder, she began to measure her professional success based on whether it fuels her motivation by allowing her to accomplish significant things with a rich and meaningful work experience.
