Marva Johnson

Johnson joined Bright House Networks in 2006, taking on the difficult task of evaluating and driving regulatory policy associated with the company’s technological infrastructure, service delivery and long-term strategy. To help guide her way, Johnson relies on advice shared with her by boss Nomi Bergman, “I keep the ‘little Nomi’ on my shoulder to remind me every day to find my voice, to manage my energy, to show passion and purpose in my work, and most importantly, to remind myself that being a wonderful mother doesn’t mean giving up an incredible career,” she says.
