What’s the best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
There’s no trick or sleight of hand, because that balance simply doesn’t exist. That said, I work toward personal-professional life flexibility by ensuring that I schedule the things that are important, like time with family and friends; time at the spa and gym; and time to just think. Generally – if I schedule it, it gets done.
