WICT topper Brennan wants to create leaders who will transform the industry by focusing on the business case for a gender diverse organization. She helped create a partnership between WICT and NAMIC, and hopes to expand WICT internationally. “Cable is a strong career path for women,” she says. “I admire cable’s focus on technology and innovation, as well as its commitment to workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives – all things that were well aligned with my own professional experience and interests.”
