Prior to taking on the role of EVP, Consumer Services at Comcast, which combines video, Internet, phone and home services under one consumer-focused umbrella, Jenckes was behind the rollout of a slew of Comcast’s Xfinity products as well as its cloud-based X1 platform. More recently, he has helped Comcast up its residential gigabit presence with the rollout of Gigabit Pro, which offers symmetrical, 2 Gbps speeds over fiber. He’s also behind the current expansion of the TVE product for students, Xfinity on Campus, from 7 to 27 schools.
