What’s your biggest professional accomplishment in the past 12 months?

Our results. The team has driven material improvements in customer losses this year. This is due to the outstanding focus on Customer Experience coupled with really smart marketing programs that the Divisions and our corporate team have executed. We’re getting smarter about our customers and what issues are creating the most pervasive churn and we’re using that knowledge to make a difference.

Best business advice you’ve received?

Know your limits (but test them first). Take risks, have confidence, don’t be afraid to challenge everyday thinking – and be brave.

How do you define success?

The same way that my 5-year-old daughter does when she asks herself, “Am I doing what makes me happy?” If there is a long pause or tears…well, there you have it. Go do what makes you happy. Nothing else will last.
