Her work on affiliate agreements, overseeing business development, and handling government and regulatory affairs played a key role in the success of the multiplatform news and entertainment company. Where are the biggest growth areas for women in cable?

Technology and social media, whether in the engineering or product management disciplines. Any areas where we can impact the ways in which people communicate and engage with one another and the great content and experiences this industry creates.

What’s the most important aspect of mentoring?

Your favorite trick for unwinding?

Spending quality time with my family enjoying great conversation, adventurous meals and outdoor activities. And there’s nothing like weeding the garden to eliminate the stress of negotiating affiliate agreements.
