Thanks to Costantini’s efforts, TheBlaze TV has nearly tripled the number of satellite and cable affiliates carrying the network in the past year. She believes in order to continue to advance women’s achievements in the industry, it’s imperative to “proactively and deliberately seek out women to fill board seats and senior executive positions, pair high potential women with senior executives in formal and informal mentoring programs and continue to support leadership programs.”
How can cable do better job at supporting the industry’s women?

How do you define a successful career?
For me it’s challenging work, in a supportive environment consistent with my core values, working with smart people from whom I can continue to learn, for a company with a broad vision that puts principles and people before profits.
When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?
In the garden, in the mountains, at the beach…but really anywhere with family and friends sharing new experiences.
