Serving in a new role within the affiliate sales and marketing team, LeBas will continue to lead efforts to define cross-functional business requirements for new products and project management. She has already proven to be a multiscreen powerhouse, spearheading the strategic direction and objectives for The Walt Disney Company’s video distribution business and helping to create growing businesses for the media industry. What are her top three apps? “ESPN for one-stop-shopping for everything I need to read, watch or listen to; Waze—how did I drive without it?; Words with Friends, for my daily connection with my son.”

How do you keep yourself and your team engaged and informed on the changing multiscreen universe?

We are active users of all platforms and devices. Everyone is encouraged to share what they read, see and know – and report on what they see others doing in the big universe.

To what degree will measurement factor into multiscreen monetization in 2016?

If I had only one wish in 2016, it would be to have seamless multiscreen measurement in an easy to capture and understand currency that the entire media industry could agree upon. We have to get there to be able to fully understand the usage, trends, patterns and right approach for monetization.
