Dolan runs brand development, consumer communications and trade marketing across more than 350 channels. One of her main aims is to develop key channel brands in potential-packed international territories like Taiwan. Dolan has been a lifelong self-starter and urges women to take on roles seemingly outside their qualifications. “Nobody really knows what they are doing until they actually try to do it,” says Dolan. “Go for the job that’s over your head. You WILL figure it out.”
