Sherman has been there since Logo’s ’05 launch, growing distribution to 51 million households from 13 million and integrating a brand shift reflecting gays’ and lesbians’ increased integration into the mainstream. Sherman’s becoming a voice in the national discussion of LGBT. She identifies former Verizon exec Bruce Gordon a mentor, calling him a “great role model as well as an inspirational and charismatic leader.”
