Confident strategist Schwartz secures revenue-generating opportunities, for both domestic and international distribution, across platforms. She pioneered the day-and-date DVD/ VOD model, with “Peep World” and “Cracks” as the first titles, to be followed by Sundance Channel hit “Carlos.” Schwartz is most proud of how Sundance has pioneered “the way independent film is distributed and then to grow that model into three distinct day and date brands: IFC Films, IFC Midnight and Sundance Selects.” Her favorite pastime? “Watching movies of course! And also planning family vacations.”
