What are the biggest growth areas for women in cable?
With increased consolidation in the industry as well as emerging competitive alternatives, companies today need to serve larger and more diverse customer populations with high-quality and responsive service. What is the most important aspect of mentoring?

Providing a model of a highly professional, well-presented, substantive person, who provides leadership and positive engagement in the workplace.

 

What/who inspires you at work? What/who inspires you outside the office?

At work, the challenging nature of the tasks and the opportunity to utilize strategic and knowledge skills to develop a coordinated and comprehensive plan of action and successfully implement it. Outside the office, it is important for me to engage in other areas of interest such as viewing and collecting art and engaging in sports, which provides an opportunity to refresh perspectives and enhance mental and physical well-being.
