As the industry constantly evolves, Hsia continually pushes boundaries and leads the Digital Media group forward. This past fall, Bravo launched three additional original digital series, and the network greenlit production on five more. Hsia also spearheaded the partnership between Bravo Media and Mashable, which marked Mashable’s fi rst TV network collaboration in producing original content. For Oxygen, she spearheaded the launch of new crime podcast “Martinis & Murder,” among recent endeavors. The multiscreen reality has changed the game, she says, noting, “On the upside—our content is increasingly easy for consumers to fi nd—we’re going to where they are. The challenge of this trend, however, is that to be successful, it’s important to customize content for all those different platforms.”
