Hwu sums up the key to balancing personal and business success in one word: Mindfulness. “I started the year at a yoga retreat in Bhutan, so mindfulness has become my watchword for 2009. I believe that you’re not doing something well if you’re not doing it mindfully, and that’s true both at work and at home.”
