Lindsay Johnston
SVP, Operations, SCTE/ISBE
Johnston’s innovative programs, boot camps, partnerships and training modules helped drive a 78 percent increase in membership in the past year, and a 280 percent membership hike for the SCTE/ISBE Corporate Alliance Partner (CAP) Program; she also expanded CAP into Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. Johnston has strengthened local chapters, a move that generated better attendance at training events. With so many areas of focus, Johnston embodies the importance of balance. “Relationships are as important as hard and good work,” she says. “Also stop trying for perfection. Use the 80/20 rule!”
